  Our company are ensuring  the quality of your product before delivering your product. if we found any any quality and purity defect  we can cancel that product order and we will return your paid amount in your payment way.  Our company helps you to reach your trusted jewellery shops and their jewelleries through our platform.We are trying our best to  deliver the same purity product which you have purchased by our online platform.

2. Jewellery cancellation process and term conditions - Our company helps you to reach your customers through our online platform. Our company only helps you to sell jewellers or vendors jewelleries through jewellerywala.co an online platform. sellers and vendors are taking responsibility for jewellery,gems and stones purity and originality.And our company gives some special service to your customers like safe home delivery or self pickup and many more other services.

After purchasing the jewellery if customers want to pick up their purchased jewellery from the shop where's jewellery customers had purchased.
On the pickup time if customers want to cancel their order on the pickup time then customers have  to visit the shop Order and the customer can cancel their order in 3 days to make their order successful. After cancellation of your order your paid amount will be added in your wallet and if you want to take your paid amount in your bank account then you can transfer your paid amount in your bank after deduction of 2% of your transfering amount.

2. Purchasing conditions-

    When you are purchasing jewelleries on our online platform you have to agree with our terms and conditions. If you are purchasing jewellery/ jewelleries you agree with our terms and conditions.

3. Jewellery purity conditions-

    Our company only helps you to reach your trusted jewellers/vendors/ jewellery shops and their  jewelleries,gems and stones through website and mobile applications. We are not taking any responsibility for jewellery purity. but we try our best to deliver the same quality and design product you have purchased from our online platform. shopkeepers/ vendors  are responsible for jewelleries purity.jewellery may have some other metals and other matters with gold/silver/platinum jewelleries. Jewellery return value will have written on jewellery specification/description/details if you agree with return valuation and written purity conditions and specification and details and description then you can purchase the jewellery/jewelleries and other products. 

4.  Jewellery delivery /pick up -

    After purchasing the jewellery if customers want to pick up their purchased jewellery from the shop where's jewellery customers had purchased.   Customers can also take home delivery of their jewellery product. customers shall give the OTP which they have sent to their registered email id . After giving OTP your jewellery product will be given by our courier boy / delivery boy. customers can not return the jewellery product at the delivery time. cutomers have to seen their jewellery at the time of packing of purchased their jewelery.

 5. valuation- At the date and time customers are purchasing on the our website or mobile application same time and date  rates are applicable on purchasing the jewellery for everyone who are connected to the our jewellery wala private limited  company for the gems  jewellery and precious bars. and same time rates are applicable on cancelling the product.
